Vision Express — specs made with wrong power of lens

Hello,

I got specs made with progressive lens from vision express dombivli. I was informed it usually takes between 1 week to 1 month to adjust to the progressive lens. Since i started using it i had heaviness in the head, blurred far vision, headaches and it was mental torture on a daily basis. After trying to adjust it for more than a month, i couldn't bear it any longer and contacted the vision express store. On checking their records they realized instead of making specs with -0.25 power they had made it with +0.25 for my left eye. They said manual errors happen. I shudder to think how many more people might be getting wrong power lenses. This is a case of medical malpractice. I would like to know what does vision express plan to do about the harm it has caused to my eyes, health and the mental trauma i had to go through.
