I would like to raise a complaint against Vistara mishandling and damaged luggage during my last travel.
I travelled on 22 August from Delhi to Bangalore, I checked in with one cabin bag and when I landed in Bangalore airport, one of the wheel of my bag was damaged but I didn't notice at the moment and left the airport without raising any complaint.
I travelled again by Vistara on 27th August from Bangalore to Delhi, and during my check in, I mentioned the incident to the Vistara check in desk crew. Somehow I covered damaged wheel with duck tape so I can travel back home with sound luggage. She added a damaged sticker due to one wheel was covered in tape and I requested her to handle my luggage very carefully.
However, when I received my luggage on Delhi airport. I received my luggage in worst condition as another back wheel of my bag was missing and the zip was broken, and the plastic of bag was teared apart. Also some of my stuff was broken.
I am requesting a necessary action and refund for damaging my luggage.
I have been sending numerous emails, but Vistara customer service didn't take necessary action. moreover, I am only receiving automated response and seems like they dont want to resolve the issue. I have provided all the pictures to them through email but they are not ready to accept their mistake.
