It is intimated that I traveled from srinagagr to jammu on 04 august 2018. Flight take off from srinagar Air Base Airport at 12:30 pm arriving jammu Airpport at 01.20 pm on same day. I was not asked for any waiting lounge and any food as this reschedule changes and on reaching Jammu, i found that, my luggage is broken and treatment of employee was also very casual and i didn't got any immediate help.
I am very dissatisfied with the service.
