I m manpreet from 14gtc subathu, i booked a tickets of my recruits on 7th jan 2018 booking ref no.[protected] or[protected] but ur flight has reshedule. I did not received any message, mail etc of regarding flight timings. My 6 passenger has reached delhi airport on timing but flight has gone on 10:25. Your airline members cancelled their tickets on airport (Rp/swi1g/swi1gab7vk0/62k7/1436390 or rp/swi1g/swi1gah1wdu/62k7/1436390 on 12 feb 2018/0430z. I m trying so many times to customer care and you agents but no body help us. I m requested to you please solve my problem and return my refund as soon as possible thanking you manpreet ([protected])
