Vistara Airlines — refund of extra air fare paid for purchasing ticket of another vistara after cancelling original booking due to flight being delayed

I manoj kumar patawari (Frequent flyer no. Uk[protected] was travelling from delhi to mumbai on 3rd jan 2019 by uk943 and boarded the flight at 7 am but landed in mumbai at 2 pm. I had a return flight the same day being uk988 from mumbai to delhi at 8:55pm but the same was resheduled to 01:40 am and i had to cancel the ticket. I bought another ticket of flight uk902 which left mumbai at 10pm.
In the whole process i not only suffered physical, mental and workloss but also have to pay more for the flight which i took then the ticket i cancelled due to flight being delayed. You are requested to refund the whole fare or atleast the difference of fare paid.

There is no full e-ticket seen at this site, as it is not the air carrier site.

Nobody has a duty to respond on unidentified requests / complaints.

If the flight was delayed you are entitled on standad compensation + other incurred losses.
The author can submit the writen / electronic complaint for the exact compensation,
which is addressed to the air carrier with exat request,
if the author knows the procedure, the exact request, the sum.
Otherwise the passenger (the author) is entitled to hire a legal professional.

If the complaint for compensation is not succeeed with 15 days (no satisfaction),
the author can bring the civil suite to the local Indian court in your state, via laywer or by himself.
Chargess for legal assistanse start from 10000 rupees for such type of cases + own efforts.

There is regional Department General of civil aviation (DGCA), where the author can submit the complaint in addition. If they have woken up, in 30 days they must respond according to the procedure.
If the seravnts of DGCA know their own procedures.

Time limit:
such types of claims can be submitted to the court not later than 2 years following the flight, or the date of the reply of the service provider, or the flight.
