Vistara Airlines — services and inflight medical assistance

Hi,

Hot tea water spilled on my lap, however cabin crew and staff was insensitive. I would have expected some first aid treatment. I am burnt badly however would request you to please take my complaint seriously to handle any such future mishap on the flight. Request to add this as part of crew training. Also saw that tray is not proper when person infront leans chair then behind's tray is slanted. This makes this dangerous as chance of food spilling is very high.

For my complain customer service response even pathetic, I shared picture of my burnt mark, I had this mishap on 6th October 2019 and today on 16th October 2019 I am still recovering and my burnt is only 30% healed.

Dear Rajesh,

I had high hopes from vistara family on the services.

I have seen cabin staff being really sensitive in other airlines. I doubt that I will use the service again.

I am sharing pic of my burnt for you to understand why I am compelled to write this note.

Sharing my burnt picture for reference, I would NEVER recommend anyone to travel with Vistara

I travelled in Vistara flight UK 853 from Mumbai to Bangalore. This flight starts from Mumbai at 15.40. My PNR number is OY6Y99.
