I had done my last call on 29th Nov and I am getting response of that you will get call back for solution of your beg damage is 24 HOURS but still I am not receiving any calls from your side and it will continue since my first complain call.
Know on should reply me till now from your VISTARA. This type of services are you given to your customer ? That’s why you have a email id of [protected]@airvistara.com
This is called pathetic service to given from you to your customer care.
I had called on this number of [protected] of minimum 4 to 5 times but no one would give proper answer.
I had given you all the proof of my damage beg with the sent you all the photograph and still you have not curtesy of answer my query and not resolve your complain which I had shared with you.
This is pathetic services from your customer relation manager side.
I HAD ALREADY SHARED MY FLIGHT NUMBER, PNR NUMBER, MY BOARDING PASS OF FLIGHT with your customer relation email ID.
Photos of my damage beg is not getting attached because of size i had already shared all the pictures of my beg damage to your email id of [protected]@airvistara.com please check.
Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
