I am quite disappointed with your services. I had my flight on 1jan at 12:45 am. Due to some weather conditions i could not reach early. I addressed the counter around 12:15 am. Although web-check in was done from my end. Still they didn't allow the boarding. I think taking weather conditions into consideration they can allow the passenger to board that time. There was quite dense fog due to which my ride delayed around 3 hrs. It is a total harrasment for a girl. I could consider it another case if the flight has took off but in my case it was there at the airport only. How can she manager afterwards especially when she is alone and her journey to home is about more than 300 kms and that too with less transportation service in the early morning. If not then i will go further such that it doesn't happen to any other girl in future.
Please help by refunding some amount.
