Hi Sir/Madam I have made a payment of Rs.2000 for the official transcript through UPI on October 11, 2021, at 11.54 pm. My transaction is successful but the VTU SBI collect status says failure. The amount has been deducted from my account. Kindly look into the matter and please confirm the transaction and update the status or kindly provide the refund.
