[Resolved]  Visvesvaraya Technological University — Visvesvaraya Technological University Provisional degree certificate payment related issue

I made an online payment of Rs 400 via UPI transaction on 13/10/21 at 10.14 pm to get my provisional degree certificate from vtu.
The transaction was successful and my money got deducted from my account but I did not receive the payment receipt from vtu.
Kindly resolve my issue asap. I have attached the UPI transaction receipt below.
