Viswanath — not ready to stop the bus.

I was travelling today morning in a ac low floor bus from kayamkulam to karungapally. I happened to a regular travel for my office journey. It has a stoppage just opposite to karungapally pol;ice station. Today the contractor has denied to stop the bus and which in turn they drop me in bus stand. I have to incur rs 20 auto charges to reach my office beside the time spent.
Please clarify whether there is such stip in that place if not how the other lowfare buses stop there and light and take passengers. What special this bus have and conductor denied the stop even on repeated request. My travel ticket no is 349354 dated 22.9.18 for rs. 40/- need the clarification from transport authorities and give necessary instruction to the conductor. I need the auto fare should be paid to me by conductor for his adamant behavior.
