this complaint is regarding vivah bandhan matrimony, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.their employee Rohit mishra approached me, that they will search good groom for my sister, they also send good profiles initially, made conference talks, then they asked me to take membership of rs.5000., and we will provide services till marriage confirmed.I deposited in their hdfc account. After that, I found that the profiles they sent were fraud.I updated their boss nimisha mam.. she assured she will take action. But nothing was done. Then their office agent Rohit mishra stopped picking our calls. Even if he take a call, he was ready with some or the other excuse. Then after bombarding, they send few more profiles, purposely, they use to send profiles, which they knew I will never accept.. Even after sending profiles they never use to take our call. They use to pick once in my ten attempts, no reply to mails/ messages.
They first approached me, by getting my num from online website, Rohit mishra on very first day, started with a lie that I approached vivah bandhan, I told him, I never. Then he use to send profiles, I found profiles really good, that was the trap laid by them for me. Then one day, I asked tanvi mam, plz mail me the pics ofmy sister, you guys forwarding to groom parents, as I never submitted details myself to vivah bandhan personally, she came with a shocking reply, that our database crashed. now when I'm pressurising to return back my money, they again not responding.it's a cheat firm, in 2013 also one complaint registered against them.Kindly take some action, so that they don't play with emotions of others.
