My self Arman Malik I take holiday in auli I am so happy with service nice room nice place The hotel is located in a fantastic place & the Himalayas view from the hotel is just amazing, the natural beauty around this hotel is also superb. Nature & Himalaya view are the only best things here, hotel staff are just not trained to host & greet staff, they don't smile at all, always chatting within themselves. For alomost all queries the response was that we dont know. The rooms are shabby felt like the room was never cleaned. The room service is responsive & quick but the food quality is strictly okish given the high price tag attached for every item. Overall the location is one of the best & the stay is strictly okish.
