[Resolved] Viveks India — Ac given servicing for over 2 months and getting the same reply | |||||
1. Daikin ac purchased bill in the name of harsith kumar 20/10/16 - [protected], have not installed properly entire gas was leaked, from january we have complained and they have taken unit for service on job no 962690 dated 14-2-17. Till date they have not responding on the customer care and you are requested to give reply with a detailed letter so that we can go for consumer court. 2. On the same day 14-2-17 job no 962513, they have taken samsung ac also, kindly give the updated reply. It has been the worst service and updating system. Bought this product last year in may 2016..It's making loud noise..Kindly send the technician to check or repair immediately.
