[Resolved] Viveks India — aquaguard purifier | |||||
Worst costumer experience defective product sold. We purchased aqua-guard water purifier on 25th september2017. Bill no -05483 worth of 14000rupees, we clearly told that the salesperson we going to take this product to bangalore it’s possible to send the installeator to bangalore he said yes. So brought the product from viveks showroom near salem, new bus stand. As we are from salem that’s why we purchased it there. We took the product to bangalore, no body came from the company to install it, even though we called so many times after three days when the person came from the company to install the purifier he noticed that and told us filter having major leakage & this was an defective product couldn’t able to use. We called the viveks showroom in salem they told that we give another product but we can`t give the money back, however we ok with that and again we transport the purifier from bangalore to salem. While we handover the purifier to the shop they received it said at present we don’t have another new stock we will inform bangalore viveks showroom to deliver it. We embarrassed that such a bid showroom have no stock of aquaguard purifier. We asked for return the money they are very rude and said that we can’t give money back to you whatever you want to do!!! We called aqua-guard company they approach the showroom to get new machine. Now two week over we called the viveks showroom again they said we will couriered the new product. But we haven’t received yet. They are giving fake information to the customers. My kind request to the other customers don’t buy any product in viveks showroom this may happen you aswell. Avoid this showroom to buy products zero percentage of customer stratification. Please careful and aware about it. Was this information helpful? | |||||
