Please note that i have purchased samsung a/c on april 2018 with 10% cash back offer but still i have not yet received cash back. Kindly look into this issue and take necessary step since cash back not received as they (Hdfc person at viveks) said. I recently brought an voltas ac. It us not working. Viveks staff didnt fix it properly but he is asking us to pay for that. He is asking money without bill for doing that work. Please take step. I ll upload complaints in all forums..
