Viveks India — defective refrigerator delivered | |||
We have purchased whirlpool 340l refrigerator at viveks showroom, purasawalkam branch on 22nd july 2020. Product delivered to our home on 23rd july 2020. Whirlpool service person came for installation/demo on 25th july 2020, when he opened the box, we see dent on fridge back and right side and it was covered with warning sticker which is removed from fridge backside and they try to cover the damage with that sticker. We contacted vivek showroom immediately, they said they will check and get back. I tried calling them multiple time and no response then we went to showroom directly. They said whirlpool company will replace that defective product within 10 to 15 days and asked us to use that fridge till they replace. I have asked to write the same to me, but they are not willing to provide the same in written copy. Its clearly a cheating, knowing the product is defective, they covered the damage area with warning sticker and send it to customer.
