[Resolved] Viveks India — delivery and installation | |||
I bought two hitachi window a/c, one ogeneral split a/c, washing machine and fridge from viveks in tnagar (Chennai) on oct 14 2018. I had a horrible experience with the viveks team for deliver, installation, and un-installation of old equipment. They delivered a/c without the stabilizer and sent installation people to go through with the install. Uninstalled window a/c units were not picked even after a week despite repeated calls to thangaprakash (Store manager) and suresh (Section in-charge). Most of the times they didn't even answer my calls. One week after deliver of the items, my split a/c has still not been installed. Nobody seems to take ownership of this inefficiency in their operations. I will never go back to this store ever in my life. I urge other potential buyers to look out for other dealers who have better customer service and coordination. Viveks sucks.. Very poor! Was this information helpful? | |||
