Viveks India — Employees with no knowledge of products, selling old stock for high price!

I visited Viveks corporate office in Chennai for buying an Air cooler on 17th April 2022. There was one attender (who is said to be an new employee there). She showed us some air coolers but had no knowledge about products at all.. Full makeup but no brain at all.. Well you hire these employees with what, just looks and no knowledge? Fantastic.. So there is no respect for skills?
She did explain about coolers its advantages and disadvantages.. I finalized an Symphony cooler and she gave completely wrong description about the product. She said the outlet will be under but in actual the outlet is on the back side.. She said that there is a display which will show the water level when the pouring is full but the display never showed even showed any lever and water started to overflow from backside!! Also she said the product pricing is 5200, but its actually 5800..

Also, I confirmed the product (Symphony Kaizen Jr) somehow and asked for billing. The same girl went inside the storage and picked up an wrong item (Symphony Ninja) and billed it for 5200..!! When I checked while take away, it was different product, One guy (Leg limping) went inside to check the stock and sent back another women and she said "Sir, Its out of stock".

I got disappointed and requested for refund.. After some 10 minutes, the billing guy came back and rudely blabbered saying "The refund in cumbersome process, so please buy something else for the amount paid".. I got angered and shouted back at them, asking whose mistake was this? Why should I waste my money and buy something else which I am not planned to..? Then he says, "Sir, the item you wanted is of more price. You just paid for Symphony Ninja is 5200 but Symphony Kaizen Jr pricing is 5800, hence only we billed this.!! But they never checked or asked this while billing? Finally after a fight, I rechecked the product from outside as it was wrapped I was not able to check it completely.. And I took the product home..

Now the twist. When removed the wrapping and found the product delivered is old and again a different model was delivered me against the model which was shown in the display by the foolish attender.. Also the cooler is not working properly and not as described by the attender.. The cooler does not have any label mentioning Symphony.. My money is wasted..

How come Viveks has such an irresponsible employees!! If they are not interested to work on Sundays, do not run your store on Sundays..
They will do all wrong practices and finally blame the customer? And the customer is finally cheated.. Why cheat an customer?

Now, in case Viveks accepts their mistakes, they will say - "Sir, come back and return the product and refund not possible too, pick up something else!!"

Not only this, the same day, I visited another Vivek branch to buy an A/C Stabilizer, the attender was so rude and arguing.. The price of the stabilizer was so high when compared to the price mentioned in the Viveks Webpage.. The employee claims saying, thats online and this is shop.. So we do not care..

Highly disappointed with the service offered by Viveks.. I will never visit this shop and its branches in my life ever again... If I do this in my company, I will be fired, but these guys are enjoying there as if nothing happened.. Wow!!
