I had booked a 1 ton voltas split ac (SAC123VCZT3-R32 ) model through bajaj finserv in the month of Jan 2022..under emi and intial down payment...i personally went to viveks puraswakkam branch and they told me to pay 7421 rupees as initial downpayment... but after few days I got a call from viveks saying that the model I booked is no longer available and suggested me to go for higher model with higher price..but as I was keen on purchasing g the previous model and can't afford more at that time I asked to refund the money.i stay in madurai and I can't come often...inbetween I visited the purasawalkam show room 2 times..met the bajaj finserv person...he said payment is made to viveks directly by me hence they are unable to help...viveks showroom personnel has told to go mylapore branch and ask for the refund...pls see to this as it delayed so much and we are unable to come often for this issue. Pls do the needful.
