I purchased Samsung refrigerator on 5th Jan 2020 at Jainsons showroom @ Hosur Tamilnadu.
Within 8 months I got a problem and it was not working. Service engineer visited and said compressor has to replaced.
Inspite of my repeated reminders and phone calls to the customer care, after 25 days it has been replaced. But the bulb inside the fridge was not working. Engaineer said he has ordered for the same.
After a week, again same problem the fridge is not working.
I am really fed up with samsung service and why I should not take legal action for my mental agony and compensation.

I request you to pl.take back the refrigerator and refund the amount.
