[Resolved] Vivo Mobile India — 10 month old mobile is not charging

I brought a vivo 51yl last year in march. It worked well for about 4 months. But suddenly one fine day something goes wrong with the jack and it stops charging. I have to twist the charger and then charge it everyday. It is very problematic and also very disappointing that a product which is not even a year old doesn't work. I need you to make it functional or replace the handset
