I purchased vivo V21 worth of 29999. And I didn't get the cashback of 2500. It's almost 120 days of purchased.

I had bought the vivo v23 pro on dated 02/02/2022 @ 36500/- in the offer of cashback Rs. 3500/- after 90days, now it is 140th day but still not received the cashback, When asking to Vivo reprentative they are oraly saying its been processed from Vivo but not giving any evidance or transaction details.
When i asked to my Credit card custoer care they are saying talk with your murchant.

It is really bad experience.
