[Resolved]  Vivo Mobile India — apps crashing and not working in vivo z1x

I have purchased vivo z1x last week. While using this mobile i am facing many issues like apps are getting closed automatically, battery is draining fast, mobile gets hanged anytime. When screen turns off, all apps stop working in the background. Unable to receive whats app or other apps messeges.
Even after 3 attempts i succeeded to submit my request as this page was also crashing so frequently.
I tried to resolve these issue by updating my mobile, but there is no system update available.
