Sir, I owned a vivo v3 Max for 24k on August' 16 and my expectations were really high. So this problems are really annoying me. The battery drains so fast even if the set is idle, it doesn't last for even half a day, so I have to carry my charger always. And from last few days the set restarts by its own even if it's kept idle.
Sir, I am really dissapointed with such problems in short period. So I therefore request you to do something to overcome such problem.

There is no volte feature support in vivo v1 max...and as far as I know...it is a software update n not need any hardware upadte but still you are not updating volte feature and second from the time I bought this phone there is no operating system update...so please upadte both as soon as possible else without volte my whole 20000 will be waste

I have vivo v3 model but after upgrade to 1.13.5 version battery drain really fast without using phone.
I really experienced very bad.
Please resolve the issue.
