[Resolved] Vivo Mobile India — charger not working (within warranty period)

I purchased vivo v15 pro on may 11 2019 (Still under warranty period). From 25th oct 2019, charger stopped working. Mobile is getting charged on other chargers. When i called the customer care & asked for the replacement of the product, they denied for it. They mentioned that i should visit the nearest service center & get it checked. Service center is very far from my place. If a product seized working within the period of 6 months, the company is supposed to provide the replacement warranty. They should not trouble the customer to visit the service center. This is one the instance of a bad customer service.
