[Resolved]  Vivo Mobile India — I am complaining about the earphone I got with my vivo v9 handset

I bought this handset on 25th april, 2018. Eo the phone and accessories both are in warranty period. So am facing trouble with the earphones since july, the sound from one side is less than other. So i went to service center they accepted the difference in sound and fault but thry denied any help, neither repair nor replace.
So what is the use of providing warrenty when they can't help.

I am very disappointed with the company's lajpat nagar service centre staff, which was hell bent on not listening to me and shoving the company's policy onto me with a rude behavior. Your company has been so successful in India but this chapter has made me want to think about returning to your products or any of your service centres.

I got the call very quickly after the complaint and they told me they will contact me the very next day after coordinating with service center and since then there has been no progress and no response. And its been a week. I don't know what's going on but these guys have lost my trust already. Using the earphones in this condition is as same as damaging my own ears as the sound is coming even lesser now.
