I had purchesed a vivo y91 (3+32).. On 9th june 2019. While using the mobile somehow splash of water contacts the mobile so it have visited vivo service center on 15th june 2019 the problem was chargeable repair and total cost is 630 but part is not available. They didnt contact me when it should be available.. Then i went out of town and return in august part was also not available till then. Then i visited again on 23th sept.. They say mother board fault cost will be 6000. How it can be without using.. Its a new mobile onlt one day used.. This is totaly unconvincible i want my phone replacement as soon as possible otherwise i have to put a case about it.
