I am working at High Court of Kerala, Ernakulam, and i had requested the staff and the showroom manager InCharge to kindly transfer all the data, including WhatsApp to the new phone, since there were some important files and information's in the phone. Instead, they behaved in a very irresponsible manner that they did not bother to export the WhatsApp chats, some of which were very much important in the office viewpoint. Also, they didn't bother to insert, the sim from the old phone to new one. Their behavior very much disappointed me, as my only demand was to save all the data without any lose. After billing their behavior, itself changed, what i feel.
When i entered the shop, i also saw some other customers were also making complaints on some issues.
I may also add that myself and my family use Vivo phone, and with that love, I had again purchased the Vivo phone.
I humbly request that the Shop concerned may be asked to help the common people who are not expected to be techy savvy and to be more responsible in future. Was this information helpful? |
