The set purchase vivo v15 pro 6/128gb on 26/05/2019 from ashirbad xerox, bidhan nagar, durgapur.

Two days back (I. E. On 10/07/2019), the liquid was observed to spread. Now the screen is totally black. The seller is not ready to take the any responsibility, though it is under warranty period.

I request to the vivo authority to issue a new set of vivo v15 pro 6/128gb on replacement.

Kindly look into seriously.

Early action will be highly solicited.
