I had bought a y21l from asha collection, bhopal on 22 sept 2017.
The next day itself, i found that it was not functioning properly and hanging a lot. The same was reported to the vendor on 27 sept 2017 itself.
They sent the phone to the service center where some updates were done and the phone was returned citing that the issue is solved. However, when i used it again, i found that the issue still persists and therefore submitted the phone again on 29 sept 2017 and requested for a replacement.
From then till now i am being told by my vendor that the phone is crossing several stages of approval for replacement and was also assured for replacement. But i have not been given any documents regarding the same.
We already have two vivo phones and it was because of my trust in the brand that i had bought this phone. But now i am suffering without my phone from about a month. Request you to please accelerate the process and replace my phone as soon as possible Was this information helpful? |
