[Resolved] Vivo Mobile India — mobile not working properly under warranty period | |||
I have purchased vivo v15 pro blue aqua blue 64 gb mobile phone through flipkart all[protected] and under warranty period pop up camera of my mobile is not working. Service centre they told me that it is not repairable. For replacement to pay around 6000 rupees for front camera and motor. I am already paid rupees 15990 for the mobile phone under the warranty period there asking me to to pay, it is simply ridiculous and the companies has cheated me hence i registering a complaint against vivo mobile india in this regard and i request you to refund my amount for replace a new handset thank you Was this information helpful? | |||
