[Resolved] Vivo Mobile India — my mobile is not good to use. camera problem, calling problem and etc

Dear concern
I want to change my model because in my model lot of problems, the main problem is camera quality, automatically shot down, restart, being hot etc.
Please replace the same with another model. I am so irritated by my mobile.
Please do the needful. I only want to change my same model. The same model is not comfortable, the same model is a camera phone but the camera quality is very bad.

I have use vivo 83 pro 10 month but some time ago the battery was not working properly after 100 present they working only 2 hours plz replace my phone and battery;
