[Resolved] Vivo Mobile India — new vivo phone hanging on day 1 after purchase. requesting for replacement but not providing solution

I bought a new vivo y15 phone on 9th nov. It started hanging and applications closed abruptly. This issue was found on day 1 wen i was trying to install applications and check phone features. I went to vivo authorized service center they updated software but still problem persisted. As it is not even 7 days i opted for replacement but vivo is trying to close matter by servicing. I request for replacement. Kindly help.
