Vivo Mobile India — not receiving otp in vivo u10 device

I purchased vivo u10 device about three weeks ago. It's an android 9 version. Since then i'm not receiving any otp from bank or any other app like uber or for any other official transactions.
I am receiving normal text messages but otp msg is either not coming at all or coming too late.
Please suggest how to solve this matter asap or else i cannot use the device any further.
