[Resolved]  Vivo Mobile India — order not received from last 8 days

Dear team

I had ordered one vivo y71 mobile from vivo app on dated 13/10/2019 and expected date of delivery is 17/10/2019, but still the status is shown waiting for delivery and it is a prepaid delivery payment already done from credit card. Three times i called your customer care but no one give me satisfied answer. Mr ashutosh commit me that he resolve the issue but he not logged complaint and not given the complaint id. If i have not received the product tomorrow. I will complaint to higher authorities. Please confirm the status and delivery date on urgent basis.

There is problem in vivo Z1x mobile as gallery, gaana dailyhunt app and other application also automatically closed even I m doing work in gallery and other apps.
In gaana app automatic closed when song is running .
Data transfer problem also occur as full data is not transfer and mobile got hanged.

Also I have buyed mobile in 3 oct 2019 and got on 7th October . This should be remembered
