Hi i am maheshwari lodhi, actually i have placed an order on flipkart for vivo v-11 pro But after confirmation is is cancled i want positive clarification for the same. I have already purchased a vivo v-11 pro mobile on 21st september at the rate rs.- 25990/-, then offer showing 3000/- extra discount on the same mobile, and with this offer i have applied for exchange also, if due to bulk order you can't accept their order then you should have to clear that at the time of product booking, not after deduction of amount, according to flipkart order declined by seller due to bulk order, so i think you should have to explain the bulk order condition in first order. If not possible then you must have to explain before placing 2nd of the same customers and for the same product. If you agreed that bulk order is the reason for decline my order then plz explain to me that how can you offer for extra discount for the same customers and also on the same product. If i have already purchased a product and you can't give it in bulk for the same person then why you or flipkart offered to same person and for the same product. If you offered and after payment of customer you are not able to delivered that product, then you should have to pay benifits amount for the customer which will be recieved after order placed as componsession. So plz i don't want any clarification for it, i want solution because if my amount is blocked then you should have to delivered that product. Or refund that amount same day. I PURCHASE A VIVO V9 YOUTH ON DATE[protected] BEFORE SOME DAYS MY MOBILE DISPLAY IS BAND SUDDENLLY WITHOUT ANY REASON. THEN I CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE . No Response of Customer Care was found. THeY says that this WITHOUT cost will not be repaired. THAT IS MOBILE MANUFACTURING FAULT ITS NOT CUSTOMER. SO PLEASE CHANGE MY HANDSET
