[Resolved] Vivo Mobile India — receiving wallets instead of vivo y15

I m selected for your lucky number contest and company send vivo y 15 mobile but i didn't receive mobile, instead of that i received wallets of 100 rs. But i had pay 3500 rs. For mobile. I complained to particular company officer. More than 10 days passed but still i didn't get my money back or not receiving mobile. It's completely cheating with us. If my problem is not solve, then i should go for further action.

I am using Samsung wireless earphones. Till yesterday using Bluetooth I connected it. But from today morning Bluetooth unable to connect earphones. I reset all settings twice, but no use.I checked earphones with other phones.It is working properly. Problem is in vivo phone of me. What to do? Please solve it
