I have ordered vivo t1 pro mobile online from official website of vivo mobile company on 10/5/2022.after receiving the delivery of that mobile on 15/5/2022, while I was unboxing mobile and checking the mobile, I noticed the white colored small manufacturing defect dot on the camera module of mobile.Immediately after that I went to Vivo Service Center Baramati around 6 pm and showed mobile. then they told me that there was a manufacturing defect and asked me to call the company.Then I called the company and told them about the issue But the company asked me to send all the issues in an company's email and then I sent all the information in the email and asked for my refund saying that I did not want this mobile. However I have not yet received my refund from vivo company, it is my humble request that you help me to get my money back.Thank you. Was this information helpful? | 
I have canceled my order but I haven't received refund. I canceled my order before 12 days
