[Resolved] Vivo Mobile India — repair of my mobile v5 plus

I had just given my mobile for repair at dilshuknagar, hyderbad as in my mobile charging is not happening. They told that they will contact me within 2 hrs but didn't called from last 4 days. I called customer care and i was told that my job sheet is closed without contacting me. Customer care disconnected my call without resolution. I want a resolution as why job sheet was closed without contacting me. Customer care was helpless and disconnected the call i want a compalint to be raised on particular service center and want the complaint number, if this is not resolved here i will directly reach your escalation matrix

The phone doesn't even allow me to take call. Its just 3 week old phone and I am totally frustrated with the issue. After spending 30K for a phone and doesn't even work.
