[Resolved]  Vivo Mobile India — replacement of display

It had been around 11 months since i have purchased vivo y71. At the time of purchase i was told that there is one year guarantee on handset . My display is damaged and screen is also broken when i visited vivo center for replacement they are not ready to repair it without money.. why shall i pay if my handset is under guarantee period ?? pls rply jasy
