[Resolved]  Vivo Mobile India — Vivo y55l mobile

I had purchased above mentioned (vivo y55l mobile) from gandhinagar, gujarat, almost 2 months back. Today[protected] while coming back to my residence from my office, it stopped working suddenly. After reaching home, i kept the mobile for charging, but still it did not start. What should i do in this case?
i have a jio card inserted in that.why should problems like this occur with a new mobile?

I want to unlock by bootloader of newly bought device in order to install rom and take advantage of root access on the device in order to enjoy my vivo even more

I am huge fan of vivo and kindly send some positive reply how to unlock my bootloader so i can enjoy my vivo even more

When somebody call me that time automatically on the phone without any touch and this will give very uncomfortable to me. Even some time my boss also irritated due to this problem.My boss has told you please first repair this problem.So need solution why call is on without any touch the phone.

I purchase vivo V3 dt .16/7/16 and 15/3/2017 aromatically phone is dead and no power on problem create I am going service center Jalgaon but service center demand Rs.8000/-
I am toll free number and via e mail given complaint but not solve my concern.
