[Resolved]  Vivo Mobile India — vivo 1714

Sir.
I buy vivo 1714 phone, 3 months before i took photos and video now my phone hard disc is full i cant transfer photos and video to my usb drive only single photos to transfer to drive cant mark and copy, so many years i am using phone, last i use asus z max that phone has all facility available so i am not satisfaction this phone so you please refund my cash back as soon as early.

I have purchased vivo v5 mobile through flipkart on dec 2017. Its montherboard bends in 2 months. Service center is saying this mobile is not in warrenty and it takes 11.5 k to replace motherboard. If mobile bends within 2 months then whose responsibility is this. My email address is [protected]@gmail.com
