Purchased one vivo s1 pro 8gb/128gb from khosla electronics park circus kolkata on 15.06.2020 (17 days back) After one week of purchase phone started heating up and slowly started bending and now completely bent. Today 03.07.2020 went to authorised service centre of vivo inside emall chandni chowk, kolkata. They checked handset and returned it to me saying it's not a manufacturing defect and i have to pay rs. 4799 if i want to repair the handset. Pathetic customer service and support. After spending 21000rs. For a mobile handset when phone starts bending and heating on its own, they never replace it, never even repair it foc. Their statement is someone sat on a 15 days old handset and still there are no cracks or dents in the phone Was this information helpful? | |
