[Resolved] Vivo Mobile India — vivo sound not working | |||||
My headphone was not fitting (Pops out) in my vivo v3 mobile, so i went to service center and they said its because of dust and removed it, from then i'm not getting sound in my phone, it's always in headset mode, so i can hear only in headphone, i went to service center again, now they are asking me to change the entire mother board for 7000, this is not fair, before servicing sound was good and i was able to use my headphone but sometimes it pops out, but after servicing i'm not even able to hear the other person in calls. i have purchased vivo v9 a week back but i am unable to get notifications for my office email on outlook. I am stuck as this is a basic need of mobile, if emails are not accessible then this phone is of no use.
