[Resolved]  Vivo Mobile India — vivo v5 file safe option not responding

Hi iam om naik from pune 27. My handset is vivo v5. Many days before i have hide some important files which i need in the files safe through i manager, and now the files safe option is not responding as well as the i manager, when i touch files safe option or try to open i manager there is no response nothing at all so please help me through the info below
