Hello sir this is Jagadeesh. I have vivo v5 and when I'm updating the my mobile the mobile was struked due to wifi lose. I have bill but I lost my mobile box.Servicing centres asking for imei number.What should I do now. No idea but I dissoppointed. Hoping a help from you

Vivo V7 purchased on January 2018 .. From the day one we found that battery is draining fast.. Need Carry charger everywhere since it is draining fast.. We feel that it is not worth for the amount 20, 000 now feel that y we have chosen vivo..

You will not solve my problem. Then I will go to court !!! And another question is that why no updates are coming ????? No security patches, No system improvement updates, No android Updates are coming !!! My mobile is lagging also. If you will not solve my problem I will deffinetly go to court and complaint against you that you are cheeting customers and you are stolling
