[Resolved] Vivo Mobile India — VIVO Y73 phone

The phone is having issues right from the date of purchase... The OTT apps does not work and all the time the videos are in " Loading " stage... Have done all the troubleshooting like system reset, factory reset, switch on/ off but the problem is recurring and is not going away.
