[Resolved] Vivo Mobile India — vivo y83 black — instrument shows trouble in touch and software hangs in between | |||||
I nirmal kumar yadav has purchased vivo y83 instrument on 15/06/2018 from shri mobiles since the day i have bought it this instrument is not working properly as i am facing lots of hasle in operating it as the touch of this instrument is problematic form day one and if i download any app the phone hangs everytime. I took the instrument to the shri mobile showroom they asked me to take it to customer care centre of vivo. Then i took that phone to customer care centre at sector 14 atul kataria chowk but they also said that i have to take it back to the showroom. I am now fedup from roaming i am putting this complaint so that i should get this phone replaced as i am totaly unsatisfied with functioning of this instrument Was this information helpful? | |||||
