[Resolved] Vivo Mobile India — y71 display complaint

Dear sir,

I am jabir from kannur, kerala.
I am a user of vivo v7.

I am puchased vivo v7 11 months ago and assured one year guarantee..
But now my phone have a problem on display.
I am contacted vivo service centre kannur. They check my phone amd told me that guarantee nd warranty not applicable on display problem and i have to pay for the display repair.
They are not behaved in a proper manner.

While purchasing they assured all guarantee for first one year.. But now they refuse it.
So i request you to consider my issue and suggest a way to solve it
